iTRY™ is brought to you by New Zealand Post.

You must register with iTRY™ before being able to request a product. You must provide your correct name, postal address and email address and contact information and confirm that this is current and true. Failure to enter these details correctly may result in your order not being delivered to you. You must be at least 16 years of age to register with iTRY.

iTRY™ can only send the product to an address in mainland New Zealand.

Unless stated otherwise, you can only make one request per product.

The product is NOT provided by iTRY™, it is provided by the advertiser who wishes to use iTRY™ to market its product to you. It is not our responsibility if the product is defective in any way.

If a requested product is unavailable (e.g. out of stock or the offer is closed) or the product is undeliverable due to an invalid address, you will be notified by either SMS or email.

While we will always do our best to make sure you receive the product, we are not responsible if you do not receive the product. You do not have a claim for non-receipt of the product you have requested.

When you register with iTRY™, you have the option to receive messages from iTRY™ informing you of products that you may be interested in. You may opt out of receiving messages from iTRY™ at any time on this website.

Please note, that when you ask to receive a product from an advertiser, iTRY will forward your name, address and email address (if applicable) to the advertiser. iTRY™ is not responsible for any material that the advertiser may send you.

The iTRY™ site and content are owned by New Zealand Post and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright and trade mark laws.

New Zealand Post may, at its sole discretion, change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any element of the iTRY™ service or these terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to introducing new content, or changing or discontinuing any part of the current content.
